Why We Built This Site
Arizona makes many court records open under Supreme Court Rule 123, but access is not the same as a single database. The Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County publishes a local docket and calendar. Arizona Judicial Branch Public Access offers broader participating-court discovery with stated exclusions and a weekly update cycle. eAccess handles eligible filed civil and criminal images, while the Clerk of the Superior Court in Maricopa County supplies certified, archived, and missing documents. The site was built to make those roles clear without presenting any one portal as complete.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket explanations: ways to search and read criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Hearings: steps for checking the court schedule and confirming a Maricopa setting
- Case lookup: name and number controls used in the local and statewide docket search systems
- Documents: distinctions among a free docket, a filed image, and certified court case records
- City routes: court access for the five largest incorporated places listed in the 2020 Census source
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arizona court, clerk, or government agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- Issue a filed-stamped or certified court document
- Set, reset, cancel, or confirm a hearing
- File, amend, remove, or seal a court record
- Access a protected case or restricted filing
- Give legal advice about an Arizona matter
- Guarantee that a linked docket or calendar is current
An official or certified copy must come from the Clerk of the Superior Court, the Justice Court clerk, or the Municipal Court that maintains the original file.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are operated by outside providers. Those providers control their services, prices, results, and privacy practices. A completed paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports the site. Search-partner output is separate from the official Maricopa County and Arizona court systems and should be checked against the court or clerk that owns the record.
